Ministry Teams

At Harrison Hills we use a Team approach to ministry. We've disbanded many committees, especially those that focused on a ministry area. Our only remaining committees conduct administrative or "church business" support tasks as a part of the Executive Team.

Teams are ministry results oriented and focus on problem solving or mission accomplishment. Teams are composed of those people already serving in or those that have a heart for that ministry area and are led by a layperson. Our staff are responsible to shepherd each team. In summary, our staff are responsible for guiding our ministries and our laypeople are responsible for ministry.
